I had the best little boy in the world. He weighed 7.89 lbs. and measured 21.5 inches at 10:39 AM. We stayed in the hospital two full days , then went home at 12 PM. We had our first stressful night and he woke up as happy as could be. I gave him his first sponge bath at home, starting with clipping his fingernails and toenails to make a habit of doing so. After I got done with his fingers, he started fussing like he had to burp. I picked him up and he burped (no spit up or anything) and then I laid him back down to finish clipping his toes.
I was looking at his feet and all of a sudden they turned purple. I woke my husband up, called 911 and started doing chest compressions. We then proceeded to the ER and they tried to get his heart beating on its own. The nurse explained everything they were doing to my sweet baby. They tried the hardest they could. There was nothing they could do. There was nothing in his air way. The biopsy came back and it said he died from natural causes. I don’t get it but I trust in God! I trust he is taking great care of my little boy and I wish he was here so bad, but I have to focus on the future.
